ANNUAL HOA MEETING - 6:00

TUES., JANUARY 7TH EASTSIDE LIBRARY

We must have a quorum to vote and move forward so please attend this important meeting. Your vote is important to establish our 2025 annual dues and one-time special assessment, as well as vote on our amended restrictive covenants from 2024

It has been a busy year but below are the highlights from this year:

Events: Spring Egg Hunt, July 4th Parade, Annual Picnic

Arborist Report to show overall needs of trees

Removed 24 trees in common areas, cleaned debris & ground stumps

Rebid our contracts for lawncare to save money

Merged old and new email lists to save time and money

Decorated our front entrance for holidays

Awarded Yards for Each Quarter

Prepared & disbursed quarterly Newsletters

Repaired front entrance lights & irrigation system

Implemented new HOA laws

Created a Decorations committee

Revived our Restrictive Covenants

The Avondale Neighborhood is off Buck Lake Road on the east side of Tallahassee, Florida. Our homeowners are proud of our neighborhood, with its profusion of live oaks, azaleas, and crepe myrtles. Leon County has recognized the Avondale Neighborhood as its Neighborhood of the Year in 2017, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2006, 2004, and 2000 for small and medium-sized neighborhoods.
